How would Poppie wear that Navy Blue Blazer?

I received an email asking me to restyle this blazer in a more dressed up way. Well I don't dress up too often. I always try to bring others down to my casual level. This is a slightly "more" dressed up version of me in this blazer. I just absolutely hate dressing up. If I can't wear a tee and jeans then forget about it I'm not attending whatever that it that is restricting my style. My closet reflects this style well since I do not own many "dressed up" or "adult" attire. I don't like it. It makes me feel old and itchy! 

I wore this thin American Eagle cardigan due to not owning any waistcoats or vests that would look appropriate with this look. As always I am rockin my plain Gap tee and Lucky Brand lola skinnies! I did try to make this look seemed more chic by hiding my breasts with this vintage scarf. Those suckers just love attention so I often have to hid them in some way.
